Today I try to install prey in my windows 10 1800 release but first I had to remove an old laptop.
When I try to remove it from the preyproyect web I got this error:
Unable to remove your device. Please try again.
I’m using firefox
Same here when I try to remove an iPhone 7 (iOS 12.4.1)
Working in Google Chrome browser on Linux Elementary Juno 5.0.
Same here. I need to remove a laptop and a phone, but on both devices I get the same error message. I hope this problem will be solved soon.
Today, I could remove the iPhone 7.
