Cannot install Mobile App

Could you please describe the problem?

In the panel says you support Gingerbread 2.3 and UP.
In Google play on my device: "Your device isn`t compatible with this version.

How can I install it?

Hi @miro, unfortunately Prey don’t support that version of android anymore :frowning: only from 4.1 up!
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!
