Could you please describe the problem?
Hi all.
I log on my PC (windows 10) and on my cellphone (android) to locate my son’s iphone X (both phones registered on my control panel) and after clicking “maps and actions” on iphone device I see water. When I zoom in I get the map of the world. When I click on my own cellphone’s maps and actions I see first this cell location.
This happens in all 3 devices: my dekstop, my cellphone and even in his own iphone. The device is reached (*last seen…") but the map location won’t work.
I checked everything. Apple certificates are there, valid. I see the certificate also registered in his iphone. GPS is enabled and location is on/available “always” for prey.
I have run our of ideas…
Please suggest.
