I’ve been a Prey user since 2012 however recently have been unable to log on, My regular username (email address) and password combo are not accepted and the password reset feature doesn’t send me an email.
Posting this as the only avenue to support as one needs to be logged-on to access regular support.
Hoping an admin can check my account and get back to me.

I’m not an admin, but I’m right there with you.
User since 2012, no password reset email, no ability to contact anyone for help.
I’ve also tried to use the Prey community forum but it seems for some reason no one from the Prey Project feels the need to reply
