I'm sorry to read that. Could you please:
- On iOS, tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage
- In the top section (Storage), tap Manage Storage
- Select Prey.
- Delete all Documents & Data
- Tap Delete App, then reinstall Prey.
(Instructions could be a bit different depending on your iOS version.)
The problem is caused by Apple's cloud backup, which restored the config file from an old device into the new one. These steps will force the new unit to be added.
