Can't do anything

When I log in to pray website I am directed to the page where I need to confirm my age and terms-conditions and after checking the boxes I am directed to an “empty page with one checked checkbox” with all the sidebar links not working/directing to the same page -

I was just about to consider to upgrade my account but it seems that there’s no options? Also, it’s not possible to find contact information or contact staff here in the forum…?

Go to terminal type the command:
sudo /usr/local/lib/prey/current/bin/prey config gui

A Prey pop up window will prompt you to type your credentials, after you will get a prompt with message;
Sweet your computer is now protected by Prey!

I restart the machine and go to web browser to check the device on the list. All good!
