Change default “device is stolen property” message?

Could you please describe the problem?

I’m just wondering if it’s possinle to change the default message warning that the device is stolen property. The default message only includes my email address to reach me, but since my phone number would be much faster to reach me by, I would love to know if it’s possible to customize that default message so I don’t even have to think about it if ever either device is stolen: it’ll already be ready to send as soon as I see the message to confirm sending it.
