Couldn't add Device

I can’t add my iMac to Prey; I get message “We couldn’t complete the setup because the device didn’t connect to Prey, don’t worry, it will do so automatically when it reaches Prey’s servers.” but it never does add it. I have iPhone and iPad on it OK, just not the iMac

Same problem here, after i updated to Lame 64 bit only Catalina OS!
I posted my problem a while ago and nobody reply to it…

Hello, I’m a free member with 3 devices account since the start of Prey. Now for some reason after i updated to this crapy 64 bit only Catalina OS things went wrong. I have removed and reinstalled the program and run the command on terminal. The terminal message says the program is running OK, but when i go to the firefox, chrome web interface or on mobile device the MAC does not show in the list of devices being monitored.
