I have a question that you might have to be a developer to be able to answer. Does Prey software install or alter the bootloader in any way? Thanks in Advance!

For now Prey does not modify the bootloader. Is there any functionality you’re thinking on or just concern Prey might modify it?

Hi, thanks for the response, i asked because i just wanted to find out what caused Veracrypt’s newest update (full disk encryption software) to give me a message about that the bootloader might been tempered with, and noone else but me have had physical access to my computer. and the only program that i can think of installed at that time was Prey, Thanks for an awesome project btw, using it for my phone. Keep up the good work!
