Expert Help Needed MAC IOS CatalinaTroubleshooting

Hello,

I’m a free member with 3 devices account since the start of Prey.
Now for some reason after i updated to this crapy 64 bit only Catalina OS things went wrong.
I have removed and reinstalled the program and run the command on terminal.
The terminal message says the program is running OK after running the command shown in the pic.
But when i go to the firefox, chrome web interface or on mobile device the MAC does not show in the list of devices being monitored.

Please see all screen shots (they only allow 1 screen shot, don’t have server space?).
My other 2 devices are working OK and do appear in the web interface.

Please advise.

Found the FIX for the install glitch!

Go to terminal type the command:
sudo /usr/local/lib/prey/current/bin/prey config gui

A Prey pop up window will prompt you to type your credentials, after you will get a prompt with message;
Sweet your computer is now protected by Prey!

I restart the machine and go to web browser to check the device on the list. All good!
