Could you please describe the problem?
"RETRIEVE FILES" window opens but never seems to end. Says Scanning device information. Prey.log says the following:

info Fri, 19 Apr 2019 03:41:11 GMT [control-panel] Got 200 response: OK
error Fri, 19 Apr 2019 03:45:11 GMT Error: Invalid response received with status code 502
