Hi, I am user based in Mumbai, India. I have notice that since last 10-12 days geofencing in prey is not working as a result I do not receive mail while exiting or re entering my geofence area , further investigating the same I found out that the website cannot find the true GPS location of my devices as well as when I delete and add new geofence for my devices it cannot find my location and shows very different location which is completely false.
Please help as to how can this be rectified
