iPhone X running iOS 12.1
Enrolled iPhone in program and can’t get the Alarm or Camouflage function to work.
I’ve tested it in reverse, using my phone to ping my MacBook Pro, but when I use the UI to use alarm for iPhone X, it rapidly goes to saying it connected phone and that it was done with alarm with in seconds.
I’ve given permission for Prey to access features on iPhone.
Can anyone give me a hand in what i’m doing wrong?
