Could you please describe the problem?
On trying to get Prey fully functional on my iPhone, I’ve gotten to the point where it sent a notification which I accepted. It then gives a message “Profile Downloaded: Review the profile in the Settings app if you want to install it”
Yes, I want to install it - WHERE IN THE SETTINGS APP DO I FIND THE PROFILE?? I’ve been fighting with this for over an hour and cannot believe it should be this difficult. I am not stupid with regard to iPhone and Mac things, but this is making me crazy.
I can find “Prey” in the settings app, but there are no settings I can see that need approval - Location is set to “always”, camera is on, Face ID is on, notifications are all on, background app refresh is on, cellular data is on. And yet, back at the panel it says I have to approve the certificate.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have removed and re-added this phone to my Prey device panel. And yet I go around and around on this step.
How do I move this forward???
