This issue that I seem to be having it that my computers which are running Windows 10 have VPN’s installed on them and when the VPN’s are active the devices show as OFFLINE. As soon as I turn off the VPN the device immediately shows ONLINE. I have not tried this with my Galaxy S9 yet because the Galaxy never shows to be ONLINE even when it is.
