Lost Security Code, New Phone

I am trying to access my account. Have password, but not security code and this is a new phone.

  • Affected device (desktop, laptop, tablet, phone): ???
    No device, just need to access my account to manage devices, etc.

  • Operating system (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, Ubuntu, Fedora): ???

  • Part of Prey not working (Prey account, mobile app, a specific action or module, reports): ???
    Prey account

Could you please describe the problem?

Security code is lost and I have a new phone. Cannot log in to my account without the security code but cannot login to generate a new one.
Please email me as I cannot find any way to contact support.

@Daniela, is it possible you could help me with a similar issue? I don’t have a backup code as I registered 2FA before you started emailing them to us… can my account be deleted so I can sign back up with my email?

preciso da sua ajuda, ja mandei email e ninguem respondeu, assim como vi que ñ responderam a pergunta de outra pessoa. vocês precisam no minimo dar uma resposta, intalei o programa e agora não consigo acessar meu celular, pois o pin cadastrado não libera o celular
