Could you please describe the problem?
I was forced to wipe my phone and when I did so, I lost the configuration for Google Authenticator. Now, I’m trying to log in using the 2FA recovery code that I created, but it doesn’t work. I’m a Prey Pro customer and I’d like to secure my laptop.
Unfortunately, I can’t get support because I can’t log into my account.
Any ideas on what I can do?
