Could you please describe the problem?
My laptop has regularly conntacted at least once daily for months (if not years)
When not used, I was notified by email after a couple of days.
However, Activity log shows
December 30, 2021 - 12:43 Client updated to version 1.9.15
Since then, no contact, and today log shows
January 07, 2022 - 06:20 Your device hasn’t reappeared online for over a week now
This is despite laptop being used for several hours daily.
Tried downloading & installing client again … no change.
Any suggestions what to check next?
