Hi! I installed prey free to give it a try before purchasing a license.
I’m going to use it in 2 cell phones.
But i’m facing a problem: when i set the phone to missing, pictures of the cameras are not included in the reports.
The app has all the permissions that it need to do that.
Why is nos working?
I tried uninstalling prey, installing the trial of cerberus, it takes pictures. I uninstalled cerberus, restarted the phone, installed again prey, and nothing: reports come without pictures (only map location).
Info: Galaxy S8, Android Pie, July/2019 security Patch, STOCK.

I’ll add some more info:
If i fetch de location of the phone, everything works ok.
As soon as i set “device stolen”, the reports came with black map with no coordinates, and no pictures. Report after report.
If i try to open the app in the phone, it crashes. Also if i try to open the camera, it fails, needing a reboot to work again.
