I understand your frustration, my apologies for that. As as small team we are -- offering Prey for free to a few million users -- I hope you can understand is not an easy job for us to answer all of our support requests on time. We know Prey is not perfect and can have some glitches, so we're giving our best to improve it and at the same time be here helping people with problems, like yours.
Now, regarding your problem, it looks like a bug on our side. We'll look into it with the dev team to find out what is going on.
