Portal saying out of license - Showing duplicate devices so I don't know which I can remove?

Usually after installing prey and linking to the prey account, it will error out saying that there are no more slots available. It didn’t this time so when I log into the portal, its saying i have to check ALL the devices to be maintained and any not checked will be removed. Thats fine, but for some reason there are duplicate device names so I wouldn’t know which to remove. If i check one device, it’ll uncheck another. I’ve never had this happen before. HELP

Also, clicking some devices to put a checkmark in them, are not putting a checkmark in the box.
