Hi
I’m using Prey a Mac Probook with Chrome to find an Android phone and to find the Mac on the Mac and from the phone. When I try to display the maps I get
CAN’T DISPLAY MAP
“Your browser has the hardware acceleration setting disabled or doesn’t support WebGL technology.
CHECK COMPATIBILITY”
I’m using Chrome: Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) with hardware acceleration enabled.
When the phone is WiFi connected the map for the PHONE will display but not when the phone is NOT connected to wifi. The map for the Mac will never display.
Please help me make Prey reliable and useful by showing me how to display the maps.
