Our company has been trying to establish a business account with Prey and they have gone silent. Is the company shutting down or not accepting new business? I notice people seem to be having issues with the admin portal as recently as 24 hours.
I’ve also sent numerous emails to sales@prey.com as well as support@prey.com requesting to establish a business account.
It seems when I’ve asked the company for a W9 they would no longer respond to my inquiry which creates a cause for concern and makes us wonder if Prey is the right solution for our business.
If anyone has a enterprise account with Prey, were you able to obtain a W9?
Anyone from Prey or customer currently using their services please feel free to respond!
We would like to begin using Prey on 100+ seats asap.
