My desktop has had prey on it for years. Suddenly, I got an email that my computer had not been heard from in a while. I logged in and it could not locate the machine. So I uninstalled and then dled and installed the latest version. When going to the step to communicate with servers, it just hung there. I then logged in and it still cannot find my machine. What is going on? This happened out of nowhere.
