Hi there, the certificate for my iphone expired recently I was just going through relinking, I requested a new certificate and downloaded it, I have uploaded to prey so far so good, I have tried to push it to my iPhone 6s running IOS 14.4.2. The push is received and I click to proceed, safari is then launched and the following notice displayed… “Bad Profile, this profile is corrupted and cannot be read” , I then click ok the mdm profile is not installed therefore management functions like lock and wipe are not available. Could do with some help
