I try to log into the web portal and all I get is the firing up engines circle. I have tried this on numerous windows computers, flushed dns, cleared cache, different IPs and always the same. I have a couple new laptops I need to install prey onto and I cant even submit a proper ticket. Who can I contact to get this resolved?
The exact same thing is happening to us - since last week! Just saw this post and emailed that support address.
