Unable to login normally - only via password reset - then logs out when items selected

I can only login to my account via the reset password link.

Whilst accepting my new password and redirecting to login works. Attempting to login again with the password I just set - complains it’s an invalid combination.

Whist logged in via password reset, any action I then take effectively logs me out / reports unauthorised.
E.g. deleting a device or selecting to contact support displays an error.

Whilst errors are not always visible but can be seen in Chrome Dev Tools > Networking, where the network requests are 401 Authorized / 403 Forbidden

I’m unable submit this report via the Contact part of the panel, nor find a support email address, hence my contacting here.

I’ve tried different browser versions, incognito mode etc.
