Updating Location

It takes over an hour to update the location. I’m tracking my child’s movement and I happen to know he left a location two hours ago, but it still says that’s where he is. Why is it so slow to update location both on my android and my desktop.

Happens on windows with my desktop computer and with my android. I finally just unstalled because it doesn’t do me any good anymore. Kind of sad, too, because I really likes it. There is no screen shot to show you; I click to see where my child is, and it takes a good three minutes to tell me he’s at a place that I know he left hours ago.
