Hi, yesterday, some 17 hours ago, one of my clients device updated Prey to 1.9.9 version, as I can check in the activity of the client. This was the last contact. My device also has the same version. Since then client is unreachable. Do you know if there is some issue with Prey 1.9.9? Thanks in advance.

Could you please check if the option “Run in background” is on on your App settings?
