I instaled prey on my laptop ubuntu 17.10 everything won’t great.
I track my device every time, without issue
I format the hard drive on my machine and I decide to see if my laptop still tracked or not, but unfortunately No,
on prey panel show’s that my computer doesn’t connect yet
my question is when I install prey in installation went into bios for that case if it formats it went or it still tracked or not. when the system removed the prey file gone as well.
