No Reports when Marked as Missing

I’ve had Prey installed for a ages, and I get regular reports. I’ve just tried to mark it as missing after getting something else stolen, just to test it, but I’ve had no reports whatsoever. I’ve been surfing the net all day, so I don’t know what the problem is. Using Mac with 10.11.6
