6-Digit Security Code not working

Hello I am using Windows 10 Laptop. I have downloaded the latest version of prey control. I have changed my password, when I enter my password that is fine. I then am asked to enter my 6 digit code using google authenticator. I enter the code and get invalid code.

I have tried resyncing my google authenticator and that is ok. However when I enter the code it’s saying its invalid code.
