Account Overdue Status not Changin

Hi,

I am trying to log back in to my Prey account after a while. I changed debit cards and forgot to change over my Prey details. I have now updated my debit card and paid the monthly fee. However, my account still says: “Your account is overdue. Your account has been blocked due to a pending payment. Please update your billing information to reenable it.”
