I just set up my new Samsung S24 Ultra and transferred all my data over from my old phone. When trying to log into Prey I get the error “check your settings and try again”.
I read on another post the issues could be caused by the app being moved from one phone to another during the data transfer. So I followed the instructions and removed permissions etc, cleared data and everything but I still can’t login. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
All premissions are allowed again, admin privileges, write over other apps, etc… But no matter what when I try to login I get a long loading screen and the error “check your settings and try again”.
I’m at a loss.
