My laptop was missing one week ago. But when i recovered. Device cant be normal again. I cant turn off my device and everytime camera blinked. Please help me, i am so scared

Glad that you recovered your device and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Are you able to connect to your Prey panel? (https://panel.preyproject.com/app). If so, have you tried setting the device to recovered? It should be a big green button on the page of your device.
