Hi,
I am currently testing the paid Custom Wipe features of Prey. I’ve set the folders on my laptop (Windows 10) to be deleted but Prey didn’t execute the request because the device is “offline” and not connected to Prey Servers. The laptop was right next to me the whole time connected to the internet fine. How do I force my laptop to connect to Prey servers manually?
