I added a samsung phone to my iphone account . With sangung phone I can locate my iphone but with my iphone I see samsung phone reached but I can’t locate it on map…it say “waiting for location…”
What is the problem ?

Could you please try reinstalling the app on the Samsung device? Please make sure that you accepted all the permissions that Prey needs to work properly.
