Hoping I could get some thoughts or feedback from others regarding an issue I am seeing with one device I have attached to my Prey account. All 3 are Samsung with one being the s9+. That is actually the phone I am seeing a different behavior with. For some reason it’s not “checking in” like the other 2 are. It will go many hours even often days where the last seen is not updated. It was installed and configured like the other 2 phones. Additionally if you select this device and do update location it does poll and give the current location.
Curious if anyone had any thoughts why this is happening for only this one phone.
