Sometimes, just for a peace of mind check, I will try to locate a device that’s right in front of me. For instance locating my iPad from my iPhone as I’m traveling. But this typically fails. Especially strange since I will see the message from the servers pop up on the iPad’s screen. Doesn’t matter if it’s sleeping or not.
