My devices list counts 2 devices when I only have 1

Could you please describe the problem?

My Prey panel shows my only connected device in te list, but the counter shows as if i had 2 devices of the 3 available for free accounts.

And finally, please attach a screenshot if available (you can drag and drop images)

Hi there,

I checked the account for the email address you’re using here and you don’t have any device protected under your account. Is the issue still happening?
