Please help - recovery codes are not being sent to my backup number, and I'm out of options

I have recently upgraded from a free account to a “starter” account. However, I can’t log in because I don’t remember my 6-digit security code, can’t find any email with recovery codes, and the backup codes did not arrive at the SMS number I have listed on my account.

Can someone please turn off multi-factor authentication for my account, OR please try again to send a backup code to my SMS number on file?

I would appreciate any help, as I’ve exhausted all options on my end.
