Prey does not see devices accept renewed apple cert

I’ve renewed the apple cert, but the push notifications are apparently not working. I get the notification, but then nothing happens on the Prey side and the devices are still unlinked. iPhone 7 iOS 12.4.1, iPhone SE iOS 12.4.1 and iPad 6 iOS 12.4.1. All get the notification, but they never actually link. (ALSO: the devices are not being tracked.)

Help?
