Prey keep turning off

Could you please describe the problem?

Every time I launch prey on my phone it stops working after 3 minutes (the prey notification disappear and I can’t track it on other devices)

And finally, please attach a screenshot if available (you can drag and drop images)

And yes the "Run in the background " setting is enabled
