Received Password Reset E-mail but don't have security code

Hello, I haven’t used Prey for awhile. So when I asked to reset my password I received the email to reset my password. The problem now ids I’m being prompted for my 6 character security code. I forgot my password. I also don’t remember my security code. Where do I go from here?

You should have it on your Google Authenticator app (or any symilar)
