"set device to missing" feature pops up the app when app trying to silently track device

Like i said, i test the app to report every 10 minutes. But everytime this app trying to collect data, it also pops up the app settings menu.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Plus: I can’t install it on this cell phone, it doesn’t appear when installing, the QR code bottom. I already uninstalled and reinstalled, erase data and others. There is no way.
