HI Guys, when I activate the shield off button and try to use it by holding my power button it brings up the pin request dialog as expected, but if I press the power button again, the shut down dialog comes above the pin request dialog and my device is being turned off. Pls help.
It’s a tecno Camon cx running on Android 7.0.

Hi there. i’m experiencing a sort of same thing. ONLY right after fresh reboot… i can press the power button, the power menu will overlapped the prey Unlock PIN menu. im on galaxy s6 edge, android 7.0.
So the issue is shut down dialog on top of prey? I thought prey got bug that it will only work once.
Any fix for this?
I have the same problem…! It doesn’t work on my device either. It’s a HUAWEI Mate 10 Pro.
