Shield OFF button not working on Pixel 3

• Part of Prey not working (Prey account, mobile app, a specific action or module, reports): Shield OFF button selection is turned on but it is not working

Could you please describe the problem?

I installed the app successfully. Prey Extra security is enabled as device admin app.

When I press the power button, I am able to do normal shutdown or restart instead of the prey prompt.

This stopped working on the Pixel 2 as well. Good luck, I haven’t gotten a response even after 3 months.
