I was adding a new phone to my Prey devices when I notice that of my three devices, only one (my Macbook Pro) has a green dot next to it’s name (indicating that the device has an active connection to the Prey servers. The other two devices, an ipad and iphone, have a blue dot. When i hover the mouse over the dot the message “The Prey client is installed but doesn’t support connection status reporting”. What does this mean? I’ve gone through all settings and certificates for the devices and everything looks normal.
