Hi - my pixel 3a stopped sending its location a couple of weeks ago and cannot connect anymore - all permissions granted and location services enabled etc - not settings changed from when it was first installed.
Now when I try to remove it to start again, I get an error saying “An error has occurred - Unable to remove your device. Please try again.” I have tried several times, but still not working.
I then tried to reattach the device to my account which it did. But still this second version of the same phone is still uncontactable. I then tried to remove that device as well, and i get the same message! Now my account is full, with devices which aren’t contactable! How can I forcibly remove these from my account please?
