Windows 10 install fails

New HP PC Celeron.

Install fails, would appreciate help.
Failed once with other process message.
System restore, checked other processes then fails again with this.

Hi,

I have the exact same problem. Did you find a solution ?

I downloaded Prey 1.9.1 for Windows 64bits. I have Windows 10 Pro 64bits, build 1903

Hi Didn’t get any replies so at the moment Prey isn’t installed. This was a new PC so I don’t understand why there was a problem, hopefully someone will be able to help.

The error was with Prey v1.9.1 (64bits for Windows). I’ve just tried to install the 32bits version and it worked. I guess their 64bits package is the problem !
